SL1P Custom Shot Glasses
Working with water on a photo shoot is always a great time! This time I got to take some product shots for SL1P Custom Shot Glasses. The idea behind the shoot was to capture a few epic photos that added some depth and character to the shape of the glasses. To do this I set up a basic white background, raised the shot glass so it was sitting above a bowl (to catch the water) and then poured small amounts of water into the glass. The camera was triggered manually with a remote trigger. For the front facing shot, I tied some fishing line around the glass and suspended it so it was sitting sideways. After that is, I just used the same process as before and composited the two images together in photoshop. Below you will see the final composite along with the original photos I used in the composite (after editing them in Lightroom).
