ALICE IN WONDERLAND

Makeup artist Emily Maret had the idea of doing an “Alice In Wonderland” photoshoot for a while; when she asked me to help her out, I knew just the spot for it. I recently finished working on a feature film, “Prairie Dog” that was shot primarily in the Lethbridge coulees, so I knew a few areas that would work great for her theme. After picking a date that worked for the three of us, we hiked down the Lethbridge coulees on the west side and started shooting. Emily brought a few props with her to help sell the theme, including some custom giant cards which ended up looking awesome!
TIP: Location, location, location! Make sure to scout out a few different locations that will help tell your story. Doing so will create the right atmosphere add more life to your images.
