Below are a few shots I captured for the University of Lethbridge at the Calgary campus (Bow Valley College). I was commissioned to shoot group shots as well as individual headshots for both staff and students. Due to the different locations and amount of photos required for each shot, setup had to be quick and effective. To stay on time and capture different looks throughout the day, I made use of natural light, ambient light and flash.
TIP: When purchasing gear, make sure to consider how portable and easy it is to set up, no one likes waiting around while you’re setting up. Westcott makes awesome softboxs, make sure to check them out.
